We recognise that furniture procurement, transport, packaging and replacement all have an environmental and social impact. Our approach is to make responsible choices where we can, work with suppliers who share appropriate standards and help clients gain longer-term value from their furnishing investment.

Furniture selected for purpose and longevity
Well-chosen furniture should suit the property, intended use and expected level of wear. Specifying appropriate products can reduce avoidable replacement and help the interior remain useful for longer.
Reducing unnecessary waste
Clear planning, accurate inventories and appropriate measurements help reduce incorrect orders and unsuitable products. During installation, packaging generated by our work is removed and handled through the agreed disposal or recycling routes available to the business.
Re-use through show home relocation
Our show home relocation service allows suitable furniture to be moved and reinstalled at another development. This helps clients extend the useful life of an existing scheme rather than replacing it simply because one sales phase has ended.
Supplier expectations
We expect suppliers and business partners to comply with applicable employment, health and safety, environmental and modern slavery legislation. Where concerns are identified, we will seek appropriate information and action rather than ignoring the issue.
Continuous improvement
Responsible business practice develops over time. We will continue reviewing products, packaging, logistics and supplier information to identify practical improvements that are proportionate to the scale and nature of our operations.
