The property should be secure, clean, dry, safe and accessible. Flooring, decoration and relevant services should be complete. Stairways, lifts, corridors and door openings must allow the specified items to reach their intended rooms.

Please tell us about parking restrictions, loading arrangements, lift bookings, concierge requirements, narrow access, upper floors, site inductions, working-hour limits or any other issue that could affect the delivery.
Multi-property programmes
For larger schemes, we can agree plot schedules, phased installation dates and repeat inventories. Clear property numbering and a nominated site contact help maintain efficiency and consistency.
After installation
Any immediate installation issue should be reported promptly with photographs and the relevant plot details. Product warranties and aftercare will be handled in accordance with the applicable supplier and company terms.
