Tailored around the development
The examples provide a useful guide, but the final scheme can be adapted for anything from a one-bedroom apartment to a larger executive home. Lower-cost or higher-specification packages may be available depending on the property, design brief and inventory required.
Re-use or relocate
Once the development is sold, suitable furniture can be relocated to a future site. Indicative relocation costs range from approximately £999 to £1,799 + VAT, depending on property size, location, access and installation requirements. A project-specific quotation will be provided before work is agreed.
